The consultant was extremely helpful and patient, providing multiple detailed advice sessions. Even though I couldn’t proceed in the end, their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend their service to others.
I would give five stars for their health insurance agents. Especially, one of them helped guide me to the way of researching why I had to pay the premium tax at the end of the year. I am sorry I forgot her name. She's a very wise and capable agent. One caution: Beware of their real estate agents. Currently PHP have two, and both of them are bad and very unprofessional. I would give 1 star to those guys: One didn't do her homework and hence can't help. The other wasted half an hour on the phone and finally tell me he wouldn't help :) I asked for the third, giving them another chance, but they only have two agents for now :)
I wrote this on reddit regarding my recent experience. So this is that for here: My mother went here to ask about her Medicare because although she is almost 65, she doesn't have enough work credits for the plan. I don't know who the worker that was trying to convince her to apply for the plan that would cost her $700 per month due to not having enough work credits, and said that she'll get penalized for not doing so. We had to go again to ask someone else, who did gave us a more reasonable answer, even though their attitude was no better. I understand that is tax season and everyone is tired, but please don't put your attitude onto us. We're only trying to find answers :/. If there's more options on Vietnamese-speaking place, then this would not be our first option.
C'est la deuxième fois que je renouvelle ici, le service est très bon. Des agents appellent pour nous rappeler une semaine avant le début de la nouvelle Open Enrollment.
