Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had at the Franklin location. Very friendly front desk staff. Check in process was very easy. My son was seen and diagnosed within a total of 20 minutes. Nurse practitioner was also very friendly and professionally answered as many questions as we wanted to ask.
Had a terrific experience today! I chose Physicians Care because someone I know had a great experience at their Brentwood location. It was just as they described (here in Nolensville today). They were kind, caring and competent. Highly recommend!!
As I see it, not happy with appointment process or front desk staff. People that came in after us kept going back as we continued to wait. Front desk staff asked “ did you make appointment online?” Yes. “Did you arrive ten minutes early?” Yes, 20 minutes early. So we waited over 30 minutes for the “appointment.” Once we got back, in my opinion, the nurse or medical assistant, not sure which, was mostly rude. ( I am guessing medical assistant but introductions or wearing identification would be nice.) The reason for the 5 stars is the provider we saw, Luke the PA. Incredibly caring, warm and knowledgeable. So sweet and super patient. Haven’t seen a provider that caring and conscientious in a long while.
From the front desk to the nurses and docs they were friendly helpful and organized! Moore efficient than any primary doc office I’ve been too! Even got a chest X-ray all in less than 30 minutes ! The doc had was fantastic! I’m already feeling better after thinking I had pneumonia after 6 days of coughing, achier, headache and. Slight fever. I’d highly recommend!
Excellent experience with this urgent care. Had booked an appointment online, went in 10 minutes before the appointment. Ladies up front were polite, friendly and efficient. Simple docs to fill out. Was brought to the back before I was even done filling out the paperwork! Person who did the intake was also very friendly and efficient, and made me feel very comfortable. PA came in after a few minutes, and he was great. Comforting, efficient and thorough. I was on my way - from arrival to done in 20 minutes! Highly recommend this location.
