I booked a physiotherapy session for my father, and the experience was excellent. After the session, his pain was significantly reduced, and he felt much better. The therapist was knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive. We truly appreciate the care provided and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for effective physiotherapy treatment.
I had an amazing experience here, I finally got the care I've been needing for years. Honestly, they noticed long standing posture issues that others questioned even existing. The hands on correction was quite intense and painful, but good pain, and exactly what I've been needing. They also offered numerous exercises through a web portal with text and video descriptions of each. Very helpful! I will be returning for other issues!
I was really disappointed with the lack of follow-up. I was told someone would contact me with a treatment plan, but no one ever did. I had to call twice and still got no clear answer. This is not acceptable for a physiotherapy clinic.
I have been in the clinic for a few different problems over the past 2 years and every time the service was great. Recently, Chandani was the physiotherapist that took care of me and she's a wonderful person and professional. Always received me with a smile and a positive attitude, which helped the recovery process. Also, her approach allowed me to share my concerns and understand very clearly my problem and the proposed solution. The people at the reception are also very nice!
