$35 dollar butcher job. Even after several attempts to contact the store owners with my complaint, they never got back to me. I've asked for a refund but have been ghosted. Will never return or recommend this service. I understand kids can wiggle, clearly I have a toddler, but the front was so short and crooked and the back all crooked as well that I can't imagine having let a client walk out the front door! You can do a better job yourself, cause a cut can't be much worse than this one was!

I brought my 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old boys for haircuts. My 1 1/2 year old had Beth. She was amazing! She was so kind and sweet to him even though he cried 90% of the time. His hair cut turned out so cute!! My 3 year old had Norma. Not the same experience. She was less patient, didn’t seem comfortable cutting his hair, and rushed through it even though he sat very still and was trying to talk to her about the rain outside. When she decided she was finished his hair was not faded at all, his bangs were very crooked, he had random chunks of short hair cut, and one side was significantly longer than the other side. She kept combing his hair to one side almost like she was trying to hide the uneven, choppy cut. We asked her to fix numerous spots, but she seemed slightly irritated we were asking her to fix it, so we just stopped and gave up because it wasn’t getting better. Thankfully I was able to come home and fix it with our clippers. I will be bringing my boys back, but will definitely be sure to book appointments with Beth. Below are the finished haircuts.

We had such a great experience for our first haircut. They are super sweet and make accommodations for my very shy daughter who would not sit in a kids chair. She sat in my lap and was very happy the whole time. We got the first haircut package and got such a cute keepsake and toys from the treasure box. They even put such adorable little butterfly clips in her hair. She picked out the color and she loves to talk about her haircut experience. I wish I remembered your name thank you so much!
