Everything about my visit was great! The building was very clean, both inside and out. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy. They had me complete the paperwork online, and I was called in and seen within about five minutes. The receptionist, LVN, and physician were all friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Free parking is a nice bonus, too. Highly recommend!
They have been extremely fast efficient and so compassionate. However just be advised that the waiting room can get a little messy because the patients are messy!
No wait time! Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Parking available, make appointment online! Upload all insurance information online and fill out medical questionnaire online! Easy, fast, simple. I've been to this location several times. Highly recommended. Doctor's are professional and accurate with their treatment.
The quality of care provided by nurse practitioner Nahal S. was unsatisfactory. Took my mother in for small dog bite wound. The NP gave my mother six stitches for two small lacerations from a dog bite. Once that was completed my mom was sent home with antibiotic prescription for two weeks. We thought that hard part was over and we just needed to wait about 7-10 days for removal of the stitches. But within days the wound got severely infected and we had to make several trips to the ER and another urgent care to get IV antibiotics for infection, treatment for swelling, early removal of stitches, more weeks of oral antibiotics and wound checks. Three different providers agreed that the sutures contributed to the infection, because there was so many stitches for the size of the wound bacteria could not drain out. Not only were there too many sutures, they were so tight it was difficult for the MD to remove. In the end, I’m sorry I took my mother to this location. This NP caused more pain and suffering to my elderly mother than was necessary. I suggest going elsewhere for small lacerations or ask for a MD.
DO NOT COME HERE if you need actual medical attention! I took my boyfriend here this morning. We arrived at 11:07 am. The nice security guard told us PIH opened at 12:30 pm instead. I said okay, we walked back the car and waiting 12:26 pm. We walked up to the care center doors and waited outside. No one came out until 12:40 pm. The nurse told us that the doctor has NOT arrived yet and they don’t know when she’ll be in. Again, I’ll repeat..the nurse said the doctor is on the way and they do not know when she’ll arrive. We asked to be able to sit down inside, she said she we can’t. There were other people standing. Mind you, their normal business hours are 10 am everyday. The only website does NOT change according to their unique schedule situations. We waited and waited, 15 mins goes by and there’s a DoorDasher bringing the nurses McDonald’s! In our face, yet we still can’t sit down!! We knock on the door again to get an estimate, now the nurses are hiding! We left at 1:10 PM without seeing anyone! The workers/nurses are very inconsiderate and ruthless. The doctor or whatever the hell she is, is extremely unprofessional! How the hell do you get food deliveries in front of patients and won’t even let them sit down!! I just went to another urgent care center. 12 minute wait and open.
