I cannot put into words how grateful I am for BreeAnn. We came to her with a last-minute wedding and only one month to plan, and she somehow pulled everything together flawlessly. *TL;DR: BreeAnn and Andrea at Pink Blossom Events are amazing, you won't regret your decision* After getting engaged, my husband and I started a To Do List: 1. Settle on a guest count 2. Choose a venue and date 3. Enlist a wedding planner to help guide us through the next hundreds of items that we knew would be needed to actually pull off the event! After coming across many positive online reviews for Pink Blossom Events while searching for event planners north of Seattle, finding many of the venues we visited also recommended them specifically solidified our choice. Following our initial virtual meet and greet with BreeAnn we felt extremely comfortable moving forward! With the majority of our guests coming in from out of town we elected to have a full weekend including a welcome dinner and farewell brunch in addition to the wedding itself, all at different locations. We could never have managed this all on our own. BreeAnn was accessible and responsive throughout the entire process. She did a wonderful job listening to our ideas and "must haves" for each separate event. At no point did we feel like we were being made to follow a prescribed plan! While she has a list of trusted vendors (all excellent), she was also happy to work with the few we had self selected based upon our existing relationships. Our friends and family even commented on how much they appreciated the numerous personal touches throughout the weekend. When we encountered some communication difficulties with the event manager at our venue, BreeAnn was persistent and got the information we needed. Meanwhile, she did a wonderful job of assuring us that in spite of these challenges she knew the wedding would turn out beautifully. During our first meeting BreeAnn had informed us that Andrea would be our onsite coordinator for the wedding weekend. Initially I was a bit nervous with the idea of someone new stepping in, but BreeAnn made sure to bring Andrea into our conversations about a month out and come the wedding weekend she was truly amazing! She kept our boisterous wedding party on task during rehearsal, managed the few day of hiccoughs in a way that we only learned of them later, and of course ensured all was beautiful! Even after the event, BreeAnn has remained responsive as we tie up a few loose ends with the venue. While we need a little time to recover, this experience has me starting to scheme about when/where we can work with PBE on another event...maybe a milestone birthday!
BreeAnn was absolutely wonderful from the time we started planning our wedding through to the last minute of our big day. She is extremely organized, professional, and an amazing communicator. She made sure all vendors were in the loop and secured a solid timeline (and kept us to it!) on our wedding day to ensure everything happened without a hitch. Our wedding was perfect, thanks in large part to BreeAnn and her amazing planning talents. We would not have had as successful — or memorable — of a night without her help with, quite literally, everything.
Pink Blossom Events, and specifically BreeAnn Gale are the perfect choice for your event. She helped us to plan and coordinate our wedding. She was super helpful and offered a lot of guidance and advice, and vendors recommendations. She even helped me to learn when to stop to adding more stuff that was not needed. She has a lot of attention to details, she even went to little details that I hadn't considered. Our day was perfect, magical, and everything was possible because of her. Most important, we didn't have to worry at all during our day, and we were able to enjoy and have fun.
