Asked for a full set. Started getting gel x and didn't say nothing because I figured it would be faster than acrylic and I had a wedding rehearsal in 4hrs. Anyway took 2 hours for gel x, had to help the girl hold the lamp to cure my nails. Could see the nail polish strokes on my nails and all of my nails had too much glue on them. Paid, tipped 20%, and left. Won't be back.
I was there this morning and paid extra for a gel top coat. Unfortunately, my nails are already peeling and popping off, which is disappointing.The nails look very thick and bulky, and I’m not happy with how they turned out.
Love it here!! I get Gel-x with nail art regularly and have always had a wonderful experience and many compliments on my nails ✨️
Overall, this is a beautiful place and Chelsea, the hostess, was very welcoming and made sure I felt taken care of. Armani was also such a hidden gem—so kind and professional! Unfortunately, my experience with the nail tech I was assigned was very disappointing. She was rough and cut several of my cuticles, which now sting every time I wash my hands. For the price, I expected a much higher level of care and service. I also noticed a service charge on my receipt that I wasn’t made aware of, which was frustrating on top of the experience I had. I did like how my nails turned out, but the process itself felt uncomfortable and left me feeling let down. I truly wanted to love this place, but my experience just didn’t match the high hopes I had going in
Chelsey and Betty were absolutely amazing! They did my husband’s and my nails, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Both of them were professional, friendly, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. Our nails look perfect, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great service and beautiful nails!
