I had a great experience with Hailey! She made me feel comfortable. I referred her to a couple of people and my friend was leaving a very generous tip and the lady checking her out said are you sure you want to leave that much. That’s very unprofessional! Also my friend had an appointment with Hailey and she found out she didn’t work there by voice message and they still charged her credit card knowing her appointment was with Hailey only. If anyone knows anything where I can get a hold of HAILEY. Her last name or social media I would appreciate it. I would like to still give her my business only. Will not go to pink wax co again!!
I left and sobbed in my car. Ashley I think her name was, left me with a completely crooked landing strip as thin as a piece of string. She never asked me what modification I wanted and I didn't feel there was the space for me to say, so I spoke up after she already started on the labia and wish I hadn't. The whole time I felt she was distracted by talking, which was very overwhelming for me and made me even more nervous/uneasy. She was naming all the products and do this and don't do that and on and on. I wasn't asking for unsolicited advice. What I'm doing works just fine for my skin. I have zero breakouts, scarring or pigmentation, so I don't need this added list of products to spend hundreds on that won't benefit me. Her knowledge about products is full of flaws anything from oils, balms and scrubs and ironically I use the one oil she said no one should ever use (coconut oil) and my skin is flawless. No, that doesn't work for everyone and isn't recommended, but it does wonder for me. If I would have told her that she probably would have given me a mouthful of disapproval. I just didn't need that. I felt she was talking AT me the whole time like her knowledge is the best and the only right way to do things. Not only that, but I had mentioned I was going on a trip that I'm very excited for and have been this whole year and she went straight to saying to cancel the trip and changed my plans if I can, that the cartel put out a hit on all Americans etc. What a way to completely mortify me. The trip is a wedding in a few days, I can't just cancel and change plans. I felt she was completely inconsiderate and also sloppy. When she gets the wax, she doesn't wait to twirl up the excess dripping off, goes straight from the warmer, creating lines of wax running across from the warmer onto application. She got it on the table and had to tear off parts of the protective paper as well. The place is cute and aesthetic, but I left feeling overwhelmed, disappointed and unsatisfied. Was not worth my money or agony. I will not be returning.
It’s been a few days since I got my first Brazilian with Lisette and I’m still obsessed with the results. She’s not only super talented and professional, but her fun personality and realness about aftercare made the whole experience a 20/10. I can’t wait to keep coming back, and I definitely recommend Pink Waxing Co. for all your waxing needs!
I came in for a last minute appointment with Ashley and it was a very easy process! There were so many options booking online and I felt very excited about my appointment. Right away when I entered, Ashley made me feel seen as a customer, making eye contact and being very polite. Throughout the service she was very informative and made good recommendations. I felt very pampered and taken care of. The salon was very clean, bright and smelled amazing! It is clear there’s a lot of pride taken in the work here, and although I don’t get waxed very often I might make it a point to just so I can experience the salon again
Went for under arm waxing with Lisette and it was great. She’s super knowledgeable and professional. I felt heard and taken care of. She offered recommendations for dark spots and ingrown hairs and I ended up buying a product from their shelf. The place itself is super cute, welcoming, and clean. I’m planning to return for other waxing services.
