The best experience I have ever had at a nail salon Kat was absolutely amazing. I felt like we were old friends by the time I left. She is the first person that has ever done my eyebrow waxing that hasn’t pinched my skin . Kat actually listen to what I wanted, and it came out just Amazing. Everybody at the salon was very friendly. It’s very pretty in there. It’s very clean. I absolutely love their color choice. I got an eyebrow wax, a manicure, and a pedicure with gel polish . Prices were very reasonable . Next time I’m here on a visit I will definitely go back.
I’ve been to this salon about four times, and unfortunately most of my experiences were disappointing when I was serviced by a technician named Holly. During my pedicures, she rushed through the service, cut the massage time short, and did a very minimal job scrubbing. On one visit, I politely asked if she could be more thorough. She insisted that she had done so already and emphasized her experience, even though the quality of the service clearly did not reflect that. The interaction made me uncomfortable, and I left unhappy with the service on multiple occasions. After being dissatisfied 2–3 times, I seriously considered not returning. I believe management should pay closer attention to how services are being performed, especially regarding massage time and overall quality. It’s very frustrating to pay for a service and leave feeling like you didn’t receive what you paid for. I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps improve quality control and ensures clients consistently receive the full service they are paying for. Cheating clients out of proper service is not okay. On my last visit I had Amanda and Jeny, and they were amazing. They were very meticulous, gentle, and sweet. My experience with them completely changed my mind. I highly recommend Amanda and Jenny, and I will only be booking with them from now on. 🩷
I have been seeing Kat for hard gel and gel x for a few months now. She does a fantastic job. I continue going back to see her because she is meticulous and gracious about pivoting if something isn’t turning out the way I pictured. She is incredibly kind and easy to chat with but also doesn’t make the time feel awkward if you feel like being quiet. I recommend her to all of my friends and if you like truly short nails- she gets it!! I’m grateful to have found her in Scottsdale :)
I started coming to Pinky’s only a few months ago but it has quickly become my favorite salon in Scottsdale. The quality of the services always align with the description and I feel that they are competitively priced. I am very particular about my manicures but Brian always exceeds my expectations. He is detail oriented and always makes the perfect shape! The last dip he did was the best I had ever had - will continue booking at Pinky’s!
This salon is very cute! Hailey did my pedicure and Vicky did my manicure. This salon is a bit pricey compared to other salons in the valley however I think it’s a good salon to treat yourself! The salon itself is very clean and put together. The color selection is a little small compared to other salons. However the nails and pedicure came out very amazing!! I will be coming especially to see Vicky and Hailey again. They’re sweet and hear my nail goals! I did gel dip nails and a gel pedicure. 💅🏻
