I honestly can’t thank the team at Pinnacle Driving enough for the incredible support they gave me on my journey to getting my licence. From start to finish, the experience was nothing but positive, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting. A huge shout-out to Lisa, who was always just a phone call away. She was consistently so warm, helpful, and reassuring, and every conversation with her was an absolute pleasure. Having someone so approachable and supportive made such a big difference and really helped ease any nerves along the way. And an especially massive thank you to Alex, my instructor. Alex is hands down one of the kindest, most patient, and down-to-earth people you could hope to learn from. He explained everything so clearly, always stayed calm and encouraging, and truly has the patience and calmness of a saint. I just finished my logbook hours and got my licence with Pinnacle Driving School, and my instructor, Ali, was very patient and calm during my 11 hours with him. He was very helpful from start to finish, he made sure I was confident within the 23 competencies, and had patience to repeat each one until I was confident enough to do it on my own. He was very flexible if I needed to change a lesson or reschedule, which was a huge help. Overall, I had a great experience, and I could finish my lessons quickly and with enough confidence to drive on my own.
Anil was extremely helpful the entire way through. He helped me from my first to last lesson with lots of patience and detail to attention. When I had to change booking or cancel the receptionist was extremely helpful with customer care as a top priority. It's easy to tell that they take safety seriously with the right amount of freedom for improvement through their actions. Just got my licence and will definitely recommend them to the people around me.

Having postponed getting my license for a few years, I was very nervous about driving with an instructor and unsure what to expect. Thankfully, Ali was very patient and informative; he set clear expectations; and he also discussed strengths and areas for improvement in a considered, non-judgemental way. As a result, I always enjoyed my sessions, and walked away having always learnt something new or with improved confidence. Highly recommend Ali and the folks at Pinnacle Driving School.
