Arrived on time. Very nice men, very professional. When they were finished, my home wasn't nearly as messy as they stated it would be. I definitely recommend these guys
Lorenzo is great and was able to explain everything to me about rats and mice occupying my garage and attic. I had opened a Tesla that rodents absolutely destroyed in my garage. Thanks to Lorenzo and Pinnacle, I'm getting the issue under control. Chris was great for the exclusion installation. Andre is fantastic as my regular pest control guy who checks the traps and sprays for other bugs. Highly recommend Pinnacle and please give Lorenzo, Chris, and Andre my praise.
Everyone was very pleasant and did an excellant job. My only complaint was that I had a small terra cota figurine that must have gotten broken. It had sentimental vvalue only but I would have liked to have been told about it so I could have tried to fix it. It had been a very long day though so I imagine everyone was anxious to get home. I will certainly use Pinnacle again if I have a need.
Our realtor recommended Pinnacle, and we have used their services twice since purchase. The office staff has been responsive, and the inspector (Chad each time) has coordinated well with the service teams (this time, Brandon and Antonio) to get the work done quickly. We'll certainly call them again.
In my search recently I called several pest control services, and I found that Pinnacle Pest Control was the most responsive and most receptive in the conversation. The points of contact from appointment setting, to the estimate and the to the actual service was very comfortable and pleasant. We ended up taking the an annual service agreement and feel good about it.
