The crust on the bottom was soft and squishy. I've ordered this type of pizza maybe 20 times with extra cheese and multiple toppings and specifically asked it to be well done, according to them it was put in another 8 minutes. They took no responsibility and it was my fault apparently. Even with minimal toppings I've noticed the bottom crust being a nice darker brown and having some crunch to it without having to order the thin crust, this was just poorly done and they were completely useless on the phone unable to take any responsibility for it. I think the photos speak for themselves. Clearly this was not put in an extra 8 minutes or properly cooked especially on the bottom crust. If I had not asked for it to be well done this would still be under done. I am seriously angry about this as you see it went in the garbage after i barely finished one slice and that was a 40 USD dollar pizza.
