I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from this place. They have a sign on the front that says "We clean Uggs here" its around $80 and a guaranteed 2 week wait. However I quickly learned that it's not a two week wait and that its longer because they don't actually clean the Uggs there, they have some external cleaning company they use. When I tried to retrieve them on the date they said that they'd be ready they turned me down and I had to come back a week and a half later. When I did actually get my Uggs they looked worse than when I brought them in. When I asked for some sort of refund for them being much later than expected and the service was worse than subpar they said theres nothing they can do because it's an external cleaning place. They shouldn't be advertising they clean Uggs there if they don't actually. I payed $80 to not have my Uggs for 4 3 weeks and for them to be even more ruined then before.

PJ Tailor & Cleaners is the best ever!!! The staff is amazing and I have come in a couple times and they have done an incredible job. If you have anything dirty or your pants are a bit long for your liking come here now!

10 Stars. My father's funeral was within a week and i was frantically looking for an old suit of his my Mom wanted me to wear for the service (was the suit they were married in back in the 60s). I finally found it and I couldn't fit into either pants or jacket. I raced over to PJs and after hearing my tale of woe the wonderful tailor told me that i would be able to pick up the suit the morning of the funeral (which was already at 10am). They texted me 2 days ahead of time and let me know the suit was ready to go. So i didn't have to stress on the day and everything was done to perfection. It fit like a glove and even had extra room to work with. just an amazingly kind act and working a little extra to help the folk they work with. Best tailor and cleaners in town - if you are reading this, you found your spot!
