I highly recommend PJ Optics, especially to motorcyclists who wear glasses. PJ truly understands the needs of riders and delivers top tier service and quality. If you’re looking for expertise, affordability, and unmatched customer care, PJ is the best hands down. PJ was incredibly informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From start to finish, his communication was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule even after normal business hours which made the experience seamless and stress free. I have a high prescription, and I was honestly blown away by how affordable the out of pocket cost was. I’ve worn glasses my entire life, and the turnaround time for receiving my glasses was exceptional faster than anything I’ve experienced before.
PJ was really great with customer service! He really made sure that I found the perfect frames for me. Also, the turnaround time on receiving my glasses was beyond expectations! He made sure to keep me updated on the timing on my glasses. Better than a lot of glasses stores that I have been too in the past. Even when it came down to the contact lenses, he really made sure that I could get the better bang out of my dollars!
PJ is awesome. He took special time out of his day to adjust two pairs of glasses expertly at no cost. Finally I can comfortably wear my new glasses that have been sitting around for weeks! As a new customer, I was impressed.
Pj was amazing through the whole experience. I called him on a Sunday evening and he picked up quickly and helped me navigate through my insurance and even help me set up a vision test. As soon as I got my prescription, he helped me pick out a nice looking frame and gave me his professional opinion on which lens I should use. He got everything ready for me in less than a week! I couldn't be ever so grateful. If you need glasses, I would highly recommend checking him out :)
I can’t say enough good things about PJ’s Optics! I called on a Sunday—yes, Sunday—and the owner answered right away. He went out of his way to repair my broken glasses quickly and professionally, saving me from having to walk into a Monday meeting with taped-together frames. He was prompt, punctual, courteous, and incredibly kind. Truly above and beyond service. I’m so grateful and highly recommend PJ’s Optics to anyone in need of expert help and genuine care.
