I had a two-level artificial disc replacement in my cervical spine — a newer procedure that isn’t very common in the Valley. After trying two other PT clinics, I wasn’t satisfied with the lack of specialized knowledge and limited access to experienced therapists. Finding Plan PT and Dr. Phil Morrow completely changed my recovery. Dr. Morrow has real experience with ADR patients and even with my same surgeon. From day one, he provided expert feedback tailored to my procedure, checked in personally at every visit, and continually adjusted my plan based on my progress. The program he built for me was unique, progressive, and truly customized — nothing cookie-cutter about it. The clinic itself is spotless, calm, and never overcrowded. The support staff are professional, organized, and incredibly communicative — appointment reminders, clear instructions, and perfect pacing throughout every session. Everything about Plan PT feels intentional and patient-focused. I finally felt confident and cared for during my recovery. Ten out of ten — this is exactly how physical therapy should be.
The plan physical therapy is excellent , and the staff are very friendly and trained professional, and truly know what they’re doing. I feel very comfortable with them, and I trust their work completely. I was so satisfied with the service that I recommended the center to my whole family, and now they all go there too!
Plan Physical Therapy is an amazing place to rehab sport injuries, build strength, and develop health in a wholistic way. I am so grateful for the many times I have been to PT. I started initially for my scoliosis, have been several times for running injuries, and am currently building up strength after an illness. I have had the opportunity to work with many of the staff, and mostly Phil and Nick as my physical therapists. Everyone has been supportive, compassionate and encouraging. I recommend Plan PT fully and completely.
