New to the whole MTB scene so I went to PC to inquire about MTB and was greeted by Travis. He showed me a few bikes and was able to test ride 1 that I really liked. He was very knowledgeable and and professional. He answered every question that I had. It was a very awesome experience. Thanks, Trav!! Update: came back and made my purchase. Loving it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕ I want to express my huge gratitude to Planetary Cycles for their outstanding service, speed, and especially their kindness. I went in because I installed a stem on my bike to raise the handlebars, and unfortunately I ended up breaking the brake and shifter cables, the chain came off, and the shifting was completely messed up. Honestly, my bike was in a very sad condition 😔. From the very beginning, they treated me with patience and true professionalism. I brought my bike in on January 2nd, and by January 6th it was already ready — and not just fixed, but in perfect condition. Seeing my bike fully repaired made me so happy 😄🚴♂️. You can really tell they know what they’re doing and truly care about their customers. I 100% recommend them. In my opinion, this is the best bike shop in Houston. If you’re looking for quality work, fast service, and friendly people, this is the place to go. Thank you for giving me back my perfectly working bike and a big smile!

My wife and I have been going to this shop for several years now. We bought our very first bikes here and have since put thousands of miles on them together across different parks. Recently, we came back to get e-bikes. My wife already has hers and calls it a “game changer.” I’m still waiting on mine to be delivered, but I couldn’t be more excited. One of my disabilities has made regular biking more difficult, and this e-bike represents more than just a purchase—it’s a way for me to start getting my life back on track, focusing again on diet, exercise, and enjoying the rides I’ve been missing. A big part of this excitement is thanks to Travis. I’ve been calling the shop almost every day with questions, and he’s always been patient, helpful, and understanding. Never once did he make me feel like I was bothering him or like he was too busy. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. This shop has been with us since the beginning of our cycling journey, and now again with this next chapter. Couldn’t recommend them more.
