Eli from Platinum Detail Studio responded quickly to my Instagram DM requesting a quote. My car was tinted by the previous owner, and Eli was able to help me choose the correct percentage of tint for what I wanted. Drop off was easy, he confirmed my choice again before I left, and he kept me in the loop on the progress. Definitely a positive experience and worth the price I paid. His prices are more than fair and more importantly he is trustworthy and takes pride in his work.
