I’ve tried going multiple times to sell and it’s always all pass. Most of my items are new or great condition. The store items there are bad quality and they won’t even purchase similar items of mine in better condition. I went with someone to sell and a few minutes later they got a text the items is ready for pick up. It’s like they don’t even check them. So not worth it, I even tried calling before to confirm the items they are looking to purchase. Just like the other reviews don’t even bother coming here to sell, it’s such a waste of time. The other location is way better and staff is more friendly.

This place doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Was there for over an hour today just observing. They state on their sign they don’t buy things from certain stores like Shein yet they have stuff that’s handmade, stuff from Fashion Nova and things without a tag. Pretty clear how they are getting away with such a poor inventory as they don’t know what they are looking at brand wise and their staff are teenagers. Came by one day and they gave me back some boots that weren’t what they wanted. Very next day with absolutely no change to their inventory/wants and they took the same boots in. Did the same thing with some clothing. It was the exact same person checking said items btw. For the next store owner, please work on being more consistent with your buying and selling.

I went to sell items of clothing they have a list of items they take in for inventory which is on there ig. I wasn't aware of that so out of everything they took 5 items so make sure to check it out b4 hand. The items a brung were brand new with tags still attached 3 pairs of quality jeans in which I got 3 dollars a piece for a pair of shorts 3 and a dress I got 7 dollars previously worn once I'm wondering how that amounted to 7 vs 3 for brand new. Compared to the items I seen in the store I think I should've received more. Kind of a rip off 23 bucks in total. But I drove pretty far and needed to get rid of the clothes asap to clear my closet out some so I accepted. Won't be using them again nice place over all but I'd rather just post to offer up or fb marketplace in the future.

So I’ve been to many Plato’s closets over many years and this one has gone down hill. My daughter took clothes in and they took 2 things which I get it but they didn’t even go through her bag she picked it up looked at like 5 things then said they were ready and going through the store at the stuff they did buy from people and I saw jeans with holes in the crotch , dirty shoes and the prices of the stuff seriously! Used purse Steve Madden was 20 and the hardware was worn looking the bag was not in the best shape. I can go to Ross and buy new for that or maybe 5 over. The employees look like they need to start caring about what they look like. They were cussing in front of us as we stood there to check out. I just do not understand how they think this is acceptable.

I’ve been here a few times, and the people are very friendly. The service varies depending on how busy the shop is, but it’s within reason. They don’t take everything you offer, but they’re very apologetic about the fact. If you have a lot of brand-named or good-conditioned items listed on the board near the front counter, you can expect a reasonable sum of money coming your way.
