We’ve had an excellent experience with this pediatric care provider. From the moment we walk in, the staff is welcoming, patient, and truly attentive to both children and parents. The provider takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes us feel rushed. My child feels comfortable and at ease during visits, which says a lot. Scheduling is easy, wait times are reasonable, and follow-up care is thorough. It’s clear they genuinely care about children’s health and well-being. I highly recommend this pediatric practice to any parent looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable care.
Great customer service starting with the front desk clerks. Nurses and doctors are wonderful, ready to attend your child’s needs. She came home to Dad and told him all her experience how the doctor checked her ears nose, etc.even feeling really sick. She loved it thank you for helping my little one feel better.
The urgent care clinic was very quick and the people were very kid friendly! We were processed so quickly that I didn't even have time to finish the registration process! Thank you for making our little girl feel better! Then on to the pharmacy! They were also friendly and quick!
Daniel and Adrian are the absolute sweetest human beings in the world! They were so lovely when it came to calming my nerves about my daughter's visit. Although I scheduled an appointment online, it did not show in their system. They reassured me she will be seen promptly. They made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free, all while having a caring and kind demeanor with a smile on their face and a comforting tone when needed. They were detailed in explaining the payment process and provided clear information so that it was easily understood. I hope they're recognized for their excellence! They set the tone for this visit from the start. We will be happy to return if care is needed again. Thank you, ladies!
I found this gem while taking my child to Children’s emergency room. Located inside the Bright building, accessible via the ER parking garage, right across the ER. The staff members were pleasant and helpful, the physician was patient and informative in explain my daughters condition. Registration was a breeze via your phone. And wait time?? We were seen and out within 1 hour!! Definitely will make this urgent care my preferred f place to go for urgent needs.
