So glad we went here (~16 mins away) instead of a normal urgent care (~2 mins away). This office caters to kids and the doctors/nurses were kind and knowledgeable. I bet they’ve seen it all! We didn’t need to wait even though it was a Sunday afternoon. And I appreciated all the online forms that were easy to fill out.
Staff was super helpful! We’ve been here twice this week and the wait wasn’t long. From the front desk to nurses and doctors that cared for my 4 year old, they were truly all amazing. Highly recommend! Dr Walker was the best!
Thumbs up for this great find! We walked in at 9:15 pm and my son was seen at 9:45 pm. The check in process was easy to figure out. The clinic was clean and straightforward. We really liked the doctor and my son said he would definitely want to go here again!
We had a wonderful experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. My daughter went in for a deep cut, and the nurse assessed her immediately, reassuring us that she would only need one stitch. The entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and considerate—from start to finish. They were patient and took the time to explain everything clearly to my daughter, which meant a lot since it was her first time getting stitches. The procedure was done quickly and with great care. What really stood out was the level of compassion and professionalism. This was honestly one of the most pleasant urgent care visits I’ve ever had. My daughter left feeling brave and happy—with ice cream and stickers in hand! We’re so grateful for the team and highly recommend this location
I can’t say enough great things about our experience at PM pediatrics urgent care. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and not a burden! The medical team was absolutely wonderful with my child—compassionate, patient, and incredibly thorough. The provider took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all of our concerns, and made my child feel safe and cared for throughout the visit. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. It's such a relief to know there's a place we can turn to when our pediatrician's office is closed that still delivers top-quality, kid-focused care. Highly recommend to any parent looking for trustworthy and compassionate urgent care for their children!
