The team at Point Breeze Vet Clinic are incredible. I take both my dogs to them, and they always show the upmost care and compassion towards them. Anytime I’ve had an emergency or question, they are responsive and accommodating to get us in as soon as possible. I’ve been to other vets when I lived in other cities, and I am glad to be home with Point Breeze Vet!

Took our very anxious rescue dog here yesterday for the first time. We have to medicate him before the vet because he is so fearful. I’m always so worried about the vet because he is SO afraid of strangers. The staff here was FANTASTIC with him. They are so caring and compassionate. I did so much research before choosing a vet because we’ve had some ‘not-so-great’ experiences in the past. I wanted to have the best experience for our anxious boy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Point Breeze. Dr. Simard was SO patient with him and moved at his pace. She read his entire file that I emailed over to them prior to seeing him so she already knew things about his history. The tech with her sprayed cheese on the wall for him to lick off to try and distract him. Their patience and compassion truly did not go unnoticed! Overall the entire staff was great and even though it’s about 40 minutes from us, we will definitely be making the drive to bring him here from now on! Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Simard; she will definitely be our boy’s new vet! And on the bright side, they were pretty affordable too which is always a plus.

This has been my vet for five years now and I cannot recommend them enough. The vets, techs, admin staff, literally everyone there is so incredible and great at what they do. I’ve used them for checkups, same day appointments and just checking in. Having been through end of life care with a pet here as well, they are just incredible humans. I’ve moved a lot and been around a lot of I’d say “normal vets” that do fine work but point breeze is above and beyond. So thankful for them.

I am very pleased with the service that I have received at Point Breeze Vet. I switched my cat's care over to Point Breeze after struggling to find a vet that could effectively help treat my sassy tabby with behavioral issues. I was first interested in this practice because of their cat-only spaces, which is important for a cat that is easily stressed out. Dr. Finnerty is an amazing vet. She took the time to listen and read my cat's records and has provided my cat with excellent care. Because of her interventions, my cat is much calmer and healthier. I would not hesitate to recommend Point Breeze and Dr. Finnerty in particular to all cat parents!
