I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time and have always loved my experience, but the atmosphere has changed and this has been going on for quite a while now. The barbers and other staff in the back are constantly yelling and speaking very loudly to one another, making it difficult to even communicate with my stylist. Instead of being relaxing, the noise is overwhelming and leaves me with a headache—especially after a long day of work when I’m coming in to unwind. I’m not the only one who feels this way—friends of mine who are also clients have noticed and said the same thing. It’s disappointing that I now feel the need to go somewhere else. I hope management becomes aware of this issue and makes the necessary changes, because this used to be a place I genuinely enjoyed.
Nikki did the Brazilian blowout, my fist time with her & the first time having the Brazilian blowout. She is an outstanding stylist. Professional, personal, awsome work ethics, just an overall awsome person. The blowout came out as she explained to me and I am loving it. If you had more the 5 stars she would be getting more. See you on my next California trip. Tamara
I had the best experience with Niki I was terrified 2 have anyone touch my hair but my sister Niki put me at ease and gave me a better color and cut then I wanted I will be going back to her!!!
This was my first time at this salon and everyone was so sweet! My stylist, Nicki, did an amazing job. She transformed my hair from a dark green to a vibrant red with blonde streaks, perfectly matching the reference photo I sent her. For anyone new to the salon and unsure of which stylist to choose, I highly recommend booking with Nicki!☺️☺️
I got my hair done by Kelsey and she’s absolutely amazing! I usually get haircuts and they always come out fantastic, but she recently colored my hair and we went with a balayage and it came out amazing. I love putting my hair down or up now and it just looks so much more lively and fun for the spring/summer. Thank you so much Kelsey UPDATE: Things went south in just a month. I started to notice my color wasn’t blended evenly and my hair was turning brassy. So I contacted Kelsey to see if she could fix it - especially my “money piece” because it was the most yellow part of my hair and too thin. Instead I left with a thick, not blended, platinum money piece on both sides. In just 2 weeks it turned into a yellow brassy color (again). Super unfortunate considering how much I paid but the salon owner and management were helpful and for that I am appreciative.
