It’s a nice atmosphere, unfortunately when we attended 2/3 pools were “closed for 5 mins due to maintence” and this lasted the 1 hour duration of our bathing experience. The massage was relaxing. The change rooms being seperate from the bathrooms is a bit odd. Slightly pricey for what you get.

I love coming here. It’s a beautiful and tranquil space I enjoy much more than the larger hot springs attractions on the peninsula. The next pool or sauna is only a few steps away. The drink stations throughout are thoughtful touch for those needing a refresher. I love the latest swimming pool addition. The facilities are clean and tidy and the complimentary products are a such luxurious touch.

Hands down the best massage I have ever had! I did the total reset package. Everyone made you feel welcomed from the moment you step in the door. The bathing experience was so peaceful and no over crowding like other venues, so you can actually relax. Every detail was thought of from refreshments to scrubs and products in the showers. Alannah did my massage and it was absolutely incredible! Thank you for such an exceptional experience.

Really relaxing and Zen experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The amenities were modern, clean and pleasant to use. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and the calming vibe of the place! I recommend going early in the morning, there seemed to be less people and added to the calming experience. The indoor decor is aesthetic and created an intimate feel. Would definitely return!

My first impromptu visit to Pond Bathhouse. A day off spent well. Such a nice vibe as soon as you walk through the door, lovely staff. I enjoyed the cold plunge and Nordic spa, the warm mineral pools and the salt scrub showers. Perfect place to chill and decompress. Will definitely be back 🙏🏼🪬
