For some reason, my reviews keep getting taken down, but this is my third attempt at leaving a review lol. The people here are absolutely amazing. They are super helpful and when I came with a problem that I actually didn't even have they didn't charge me and told me I could leave a review instead. I thought I had a leak in my tire, but it turns out that I was just tripping LOL. I'm so grateful that they didn't attempt to charge me for basically nothing, though I was ready to pay because that was totally my bad 🤣 These people are super amazing and they even educated me on what I can do right now, what my concerns were, and what I can do in the future. I live on the complete opposite side of town by Diamondhead, but I still choose to come over here because the reviews were so good. And I was not disappointed!! Thanks a bunch everyone!!!
Going off on the normal reviews, but i have to give props to this small tire company. I had to get a specialty tire for my Audi SUV and stopped by chance. They ordered it without taking a deposit and told me I could come back the next day in the a.m. I came back they got to work on it right away. They had a comfortable waiting area. 15 minutes later tire was installed, rim was cleaned up and they even took off the road tar stuck to the bottom part of the body of the vehicle. These guys were really friendly and very professional. I give credit to these small local companies as they do their best to serve the local community. They are kinda in an out of the way area, but worth it.. Support local companies as they support their local families! Maikai!!
Pono Tires provides outstanding service and excellent customer care. They consistently go above and beyond — most recently, I had two quality tires installed on the front of my Kia Soul. This is my third time using their services, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable tire service
Back on January 2, I had a flat tire my auto mechanic guy told me he cannot fix. Suggested I try Pono since only one tire to replace and they sell good used tires and all my other 3 tires were still good looking. Did not want to spend big $$$ on all new tires on my old 2010 Nissan. Went there as a walk in after calling for directions, took about 30 minutes to complete. Used tire they sold me had more tread than the other 3 tires. Based on DOT markings, tire may be 4 years old, look good. The boys work fast, courteous, well mannered. Cash is king there, they charge extra for credit card. Price is right! After six + months, I am very happy with the tire and service I received. Will call on them again!
Had to get a quick used tire and install, very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Spoke over the phone and brought my vehicle in. Less than a 20 minute job. Answered all my questions, great local business. Doesn’t feel like they’re ripping you off. $75 for a used tire and install on the old rim, added air on all tires and made sure the car was ready to roll.
