We have been taking our dog, Lily to Theo and their staffs since she was 6 months old, and they cared for her throughout her life for over 11 years. Every visit was met with exceptional service, and consistent, high quality grooming. Theo, all their staffs are always friendly, patient. They are truly care about the pets they work with. Highly recommended Theo and all staffs to anyone looking for a place that treats pets like family.

I took Rocky to Poochini's for the first time last week. I was very happy with their service. When I went to pick him up I noticed that he was playing with other dogs in the salon instead of being locked in a kennel. That was really nice to see! I would definitely recommend Poochini's Pet Grooming.

Best place to take a shy nervous puppy, they take their time and she never comes back nervous. We take our baby there and despite being a little dog they take such good care of her, we absolutely love Joey. Sometimes they'll have her in a carrier or she'll be hanging out with the other puppers. Her hair always comes out cute and she never comes back traumatized, we've been to bad groomers before, even watched one be absolutely horrible so when I say they're amazing I mean it. Plus they have a fb page they upload every pups picture to!

Don’t get me wrong, they do a good job, what you would expect from any grooming service. But if you want to actually know what you’re paying ahead of time? Look somewhere else. I have been going to them for my husky for almost a year now, and it started out at a reasonable price, and slowly climbed since then. I started at about $110 for a full-service grooming while my dog’s coat was in very rough shape. I just had him groomed today after not having him groomed for about 8 weeks, he was a bit knotted, but nothing insane, only a bath and a brush, and it was $160, about $185 after tax and 15% tip, because I believe in tipping. My previous visit was almost $200, and all of the visits before that being about $130-180 and getting him groomed every 5 weeks as recommended. Each groomer has their own rate that is not stated beforehand, is entered into the register by them, and we kept getting scheduled with a different groomer every time. When asked how much it would be before the appointment, they said “it varies depending on how long he takes and how knotted he is”, this leaves me with dreadful anticipation each time, just waiting to pick him up and see what heart-attack inducing price shows up. There should be a set list of prices so that we actually know what we are spending until it is too late and the whole service is done. I will no longer be going to this groomer, which is really a bummer, I hope other people have better, more consistent, experiences.

My dog has trauma and is always scared. They’re always sweet and soft spoken with him. They’re careful about the cyst on his bum and extremely affordable. I went in one day when they had the back closed but still clipped my dogs nails gentle and with care in the waiting room. Then charged me less but I left a bigger tip anyways
