Port Aransas Art Center, situé au 104 N Alister St, présente des œuvres inspirées par la côte réalisées par des artistes locaux et invités. La galerie met en valeur des paysages, des oiseaux, des poissons et des œuvres abstraites, ainsi que des œuvres d'art à porter et des bijoux faits main. Les visiteurs remarquent des artistes bénévoles, un cadre familial et un espace artistique communautaire proposant des cours. Les événements du premier vendredi offrent des collations, des boissons et de la musique live. La photographie est interdite à l'intérieur.

The art was fantastic! I wanted to take so many pictures but they do not allow you to take pictures or video which I understand. It’s private art very beautiful place very well lit many beautiful pieces we wanted to buy the whole place!

I am an art junkie while vacationing and love to collect local art so I definitely did not pass this up. There was a very nice lady and gentleman running it, they were very nice letting me sit and sift even offering wine. I definitely spent more than I needed to but not as much as I could have because there were so many great pieces. I did notice that they had community art area so it is really cool they do classes because we like to support local. The small note card sized prints ended looking great in frames that we got from Hobby Lobby, it was 3 cards per frame with matting.
The Art Center of Port Aransas is a beautifully curated gallery featuring local and international artists living in the area like myself 🤍 Most artwork is inspired in the natural surroundings of the area, you will find landscapes, birds, fish, and abstract pieces inspired in those subjects. Coming in the gallery makes a great day activity for all the family, kids will love to look at fun art, parents will love the amazing photography, and if your walls are all occupied, there is gorgeous wearable art, hand made one of a kind jewelry, statement pieces and other small souvenirs. Most of the artists volunteer at the gallery on a daily basis, so you may get lucky and meet some of us during your visit. We are happy to have you here, see you soon! 🎨🖼👩🏽🎨
J'ai assisté à leur événement First Friday en novembre 2018. C'était une belle occasion avec une très bonne affluence. Il y avait beaucoup de variété à voir : peintures, sculptures, vitraux, bijoux, photographie. J'ai vu plusieurs pièces qui m'ont vraiment plu. Il y avait des collations et des boissons (du vin, du punch et un cocktail) et de la musique live, ce qui était agréable. Je suis allé avec mon ami et nous avons tous les deux passé un très bon moment.
