What an amazing experience! From the moment I met Ben I could tell he was passionate about his work. That passion comes thru in the quality of his work, clearly. I brought him my 2004 Porsche 911 which had some razor cuts due to a very poor wrap job done at Evoke Wraps as well as some rock chips from being 20+ years old. This has been my dream car since I was a kid so I really wanted it to look as good as it could. When I originally contacted Ben I was certain I needed the highest level paint correction that he had available. However, after he saw my car and spoke with me for a while he determined that it was not going to need as much work as that would entail and told me to save my money. What?!?! That was amazing. When I picked it up I was floored by how incredible it looked!!!! It looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor.
Brand new 2025 Ford super duty truck was parked on the job site and they were spraying a clear masonry sealer a ways away but the wind blew the sealer onto a few vehicles including mine, it was covered every square inch! It felt like dull sand paper. I researched several detailers and found that getting the sealer off the paint, chrome, mirrors, plastic and glass was going to be a lot of work. I met with other detailers that were unsure what to do especially on the plastic and they said well we can try this and that, possibly use chemicals etc. This didn’t make me feel comfortable. I was not going to take my brand new truck to someone who might mess it up. I kept looking and found Ben at Portland Auto Care, I saw photos of his work and read the reviews on his site and I was impressed so I set up to meet with him. Immediately Ben put me at ease, he was confident in what needed to be done and explained the process. Ben said he would need it for 2 to 3 days. He kept me posted daily on the progress and the job he and his partner did was absolutely amazing. I am ecstatic with the results. Ben is a true professional and his attention to detail is unmatched, he knows his Kraft. I would highly recommend Ben and PAC for your vehicle. We have since set up to have Ben detail our other vehicle.
Absolutely thrilled with the full PPF wrap Portland Auto Care did on my new Corvette C8 Z06! The attention to detail was top-notch, and the car looks phenomenal. Ben was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the work. Highly recommend!
I finally got around to taking my BMW to Ben at Portland Auto Care. I wish I had done it years sooner. Ben is a consummate professional and clearly cares deeply about the quality of his work. His team truly puts the “detail” in detailing. At first, I was thinking I would just go for a solid detail inside and out. But after getting Ben’s recommendation on the state of my paint, we decided to also go with a multi-stage paint correction. I’m so glad I did. The before and after is simply night and day. He also educated me on how to best care for my paint and gave me tips on how to maintain the shine. If you have a higher end luxury level make like Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes, BMW, Tesla, Audi, Land Rover, (he’s even done Lamborghini) classic muscle cars (or any auto you just really love)… and you truly care about keeping things pristine… I would go no further for your detailing, paint correction, and paint protection needs. Full stop. I’ll be bringing all my new cars in for PPF wraps and regular details!
I low key don’t want to review, because I don’t want the business to blow up and become inaccessible. Ben did an extraordinary job on a 20 year old Lexus. Carpet looks new. Engine compartment looks fresh off the showroom floor. Didn’t miss a nook or cranny, literally every inch of the car was thoroughly cleaned. I have had several detail jobs done in Portland, this was by far the best. Great pricing for the quality of work. Ben is super friendly, professional and helpful. Very accommodating on schedule as well. He cares about the work and is very detail oriented. I no longer have to shop around for a detail shop, this is it.
