Took my first beginner choreography class at Portland Dance Exchange this week! I've wanted to take dance classes for awhile now. This was the perfect studio as someone who has never danced before. Kindell was so sweet, welcoming and encouraging the entire class. We learned so much without it being an overwhelming process. Everyone who attended the class was so friendly and welcoming. The studio is also such a vibe! So clean, cute and warm. Can't wait to go back and take more classes regularly!

Portland Dance Exchange, led by the phenomenal, Kindell Rae, is an exceptional place to cultivate community and oneself through dance. Everyone is welcome to explore movement and show up for one another in a respectful, spacious, and lovely environment. Try one of the beginner classes if you are new to dance or want to get out of a movement rut. You will surely feel better by the end of class!!
