Hands down the most effective treatment I've had for chronic pain! Lauren worked on my hips/glutes, neck. , shoulder and low back. I haven't felt this good in years! I'm feeling very hopeful about living pain free now and so looking forward to weekly appts. I am so grateful I found her. Thankyou
Wowwww. I think I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Lauren’s so great. She talks to you about where your problem areas are and really gets in there. I feel so relaxed after. I’m only visiting Portland, so I’n sad I can’t keep going to see her 😭😭😭 I’ve had other thai massages before, but she’s been the best at pinpointing my worst problem areas. She’s knowledgeable and experienced.
I got an amazing massage from Lauren yesterday. She is clearly very skilled and helped relieve me of some serious neck pain and also relieved a lot of tension that I had in my hips. I have used *many* massage therapists due to car accidents and repetitive motion issues. Lauren is really top notch. I highly recommend her.
I recently had my first Thai massage ever with Lauren and I'm hooked! I was concerned it would be too intense for the issues I have that are related to a cervical fusion and a reverse shoulder replacement. Instead, it was therapeutic and relaxing. Lauren is a good communicator and an experienced therapist. Her studio is nice and inviting.
Lauren was very accommodating in fitting my friend and I in, as we traveled to Portland for vacation. Having experienced other Thai massages, it was evident to me quickly that her level of attention was tailored to what my body needed. Massage was heavenly. She genuinely cares about her clients, as she took the time to speak to me about a couple of tools I can use to further help my issues. I highly recommend Lauren! A++ experience.
