Thank you/December/January. Cats are happy, up and about, meaning everything is fine. Best home away from home (Pounce). Cats 👀 forward to going back. Pounce Hawaii is good at keeping the cats entertained and healthy. Not a worry in the world while on travel, love the daily updates/pictures. Update Sep 13, 2025. Again, thanks, looking forward to next year at least 2 trips, and again, nothing to worry about knowing cats are being taken care of, other than getting back home/And grooming appointments/6 cats too much work for me/Don't know how to word this, I don't make money off this, Retired/Anyone interested in cat pictures follow ponce/Instagram or Facebook I guess, more or less , dagostinodags/instagram/D'Agostino, Mike/FaceBook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Again 🙏

We brought our cat here for her first boarding experience. I was nervous about leaving her, but I'm glad we went with Pounce! She was well taken of. Pounce provides a few complimentary photos (you can purchase daily photos and spa/grooming extras if desired). When touring we noted that the space is well organized, clean, and peaceful, which brought me peace of mind about bringing our cat here. Shoutout to Phoebe, who was so kind during drop off and pickup!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE! Killed my cat! I have trusted this place for a few visits which were fine. I'm in the military, and my dad was dying so I went home and left my cat with them. They never told me he didn't eat for 4 days. And when I questioned their terms and conditions, they confirmed that they have the "right" to takes cats to the vet in emergency situations but it's not mandatory (like not eating for days). I picked him up, he couldn't even stand up. He spent a week at the ER and 15K later I took him home to be comfortable. Legal action is coming for them. If you love your cat, find another place.

At relatively short notice we had to arrange boarding for our cat. The Pounce team were immediately welcoming and helpful on the phone and followed through when we met in person. They were extremely caring throughout his stay, sending daily photographs, updating us on the status of his food stocks, arranging a vet visit, etc. My only wish - tricky, I know, with so many furry residents - would be for more opportunities for him to stretch his legs and have a run outside of his room. Thank you!

This is my second boarding experience for my 3 cats at Pounce Hawaii. They took good care of them. It gave me peace of mind knowing their feeding would be just as I asked. Sometines if you have a friend watch your cat, your cat appears extra fat or ravenously hungry. I really enjoyed receiving some surprise photos of them even though I hadn't purchased any, it really made a difference seeing a little glimpse into their day, and probably cinched their next booking. Here is one of the photos of my cat enjoying some parakeet tv! Although they don't let you in the back, you can see all the "suites" on line, with a variety to choose from and a multi cat discount if boarding more than one kitty.
