Power Yoga Fort Wayne propose un power yoga énergique dans un studio chaleureux de Fort Wayne, au 1301 Lafayette St Suite 101. Les clients décrivent un rythme exigeant axé sur la technique, la fonction et l'équilibre de l'énergie, avec de nombreuses variantes. L'espace est magnifique, accueillant et spacieux, avec de nombreuses places de parking, et la communauté est bienveillante et solidaire. Le studio soutient également la communauté en offrant du yoga gratuit à ceux qui en ont besoin.

This was my first class with Power Yoga and I was looking for a challenge and J.J. did not disappoint! This class offers a faster (and sweatier) pace than other yoga classes but still focused on form, function, and energy balance with lots of variations. I was also glad to see so many other classmates of all different skill levels and really enjoyed how J.J. created a space where we could encourage and cheer on our fellow yogis. I'll definitely be coming back for more classes at Power Yoga.
I love this studio—the space is beautiful, the people are welcoming, and their commitment to giving back is truly inspiring! They bring free yoga to those in the community who need it most and might not otherwise have access. Grateful to be part of this place!
The beautiful thing about yoga is that with the right teacher it can be a transformative experience every time. All the teachers of Power Yoga Fort Wayne I've had the privilege of studying under are worthy of praise, but words can't say enough. The studio has been such a godsend to me that I can't help but spread the word. Lol 😂 I even found myself last Friday at the YMCA near the studio trying to recruit everyone in the gym before heading that way.
I have not been very active in my practice for the last 4 years. Baptiste Power Yoga was so welcoming. If you are looking for a studio that provides you a community, strengths your practice and leaves you with your emotional cup full and supported you need to attend a class at the studio. Thank you for such a positive experience.
First time visiting this studio and it was AMAZING! The space is gorgeous, warm, inviting, spacious, with great ample parking. The teacher was incredible, and the vibes from the other students and community were so kind and fun! Felt like really good people to be around. I loved it so much and I will be back for more! 10 out of 10 recommend.
