I highly highly recommend Precious Stones Jewellers. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating when we visited their store. They answered all of our questions, gave us multiple options within our budget (even offered a custom ring option) and they went out of their way to get my engagement ring resized while we were visiting Brisbane. My partner and I are from Cairns and getting the ring resized while we were in town so we could take it back home with us, instead of waiting for it to be shipped, was truly amazing! Their website is also great, I was able to look at different options prior to our trip and their jewellery looks exactly the same in person (which really helped as a lot of stores don't post their inventory online)! 10/10 - I would shop here again.
Blondie & her team at Precious Stones Jewellers made a dream become reality. I purchased a stunning circa 1930's Bezel set platinum ring with a stunning Early Modern Brilliant Diamond in pristine condition. We live in the lower half of the country & we're on holiday, Blondie arranged the seamless delivery to me at our holiday destination & the proposal went text book perfect! Precious stones jewellers was recommended to me by another business. I was reluctant as to who I could trust, as I didn't grow up in Brisbane. I had some jewellery to sell and used this as a credit to have a custom ring made. Sarah was the person I liased with regarding the design. Communication was clear along the whole process and I appreciated the fact they were available with a quick phone call anytime I had a question. I was also on a time line and they delivered ahead of schedule. They were trustworthy, I had a positive experience and I was very happy with the outcome. I would strongly recommend Sarah and the team at Precious Stones Jewellers.
My partner recently purchased an engagement ring from Precious Stones. The whole team has been incredibly helpful through the whole process. He went in to look at a particular ring however in person it didn’t fit the idea of what he was looking for. After speaking with the jeweler for a bit, she listened to what he was looking for and suggested another ring and it’s perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better ring. We were able to leave the ring with the team in Brisbane to be resized and sent to us in Central QLD. A few months later, I noticed a rattle as the setting had started to loosen. I spoke to the team, sent it to Brisbane, and the setting was tightened and sent back to me to quickly and beautifully polished. They really do care about their creations as much as we do.
A Magical Experience Beyond Our Dreams! We set out on a journey to find the perfect antique engagement ring and explored all the antique shops Brisbane had to offer. Precious Stones was our final stop, and what a gem of a find it turned out to be! From the moment we stepped inside, the experience felt truly special, as it should when you’re shopping for something as meaningful as an engagement ring. Sarah greeted us warmly and patiently walked us through a range of beautiful options, but nothing quite captured our vision. That’s when the fabulous Blonde stepped! We described our dream ring, and with a confident smile she said, “Whatever you have in mind we can craft it just for you!.” She pulled out a selection of dazzling diamonds, crafted a rough mock-up using Blu Tack (yes, really!) and in that moment, we knew we’d found the one. Blonde not only brought our vision to life, but she elevated it, designing the engagement ring to sit high enough to perfectly accommodate a diamond wedding band, which she also designed with exquisite detail and care. The entire process was filled with joy, magic, and true craftsmanship. We cannot recommend Blonde and the Precious Stones team highly enough.
