They are cheats. Got a ring there when I lost my first ring. The owner told me he would work with the insurance company. So I saw a ring I really liked it was beautiful but the price said $7800.00. I told him my insurance value on the first ring was only $3400. The owner told me he could give it to me for that price. He told me he could have it sized by the next day and I could pick it up then. So when I came in the next day the ring was ready. He said he would work directly with the insurance company to get paid. I asked him when I could get the appraisal so I could get the ring insured. He said to come back the next day. I came back 3 times he never did give me an appraisal. I left there and went directly to a jewelry store in the local mall and to a pawn store and asked them both what they would value the ring at. They both said, tops would be $1200.00. I called my insurance company and told them what he was doing. The insurance company sent me a check for $3400.00 immediately. When I got that check i sent the ring to the insurance company. The owner, Victor, is a crook. The business is not rated with the BBB!
Folks this business is the only business out of 12 business in this community that wood step up and help donate bikes to a program called crossroads in our community folks I want the community to know this business donated 47 bikes to help the homeless better theirselves in our community at a program called crossroads I wanted to thank the owner and his family the owners of this business are awesome people God bless them
I wish I would have had the opportunity to experience what people are saying is good service. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I walked around unacknowledged for 20 minutes before choosing a jeweler that would happily take my business.
I have absolutely found my forever jewelry store! The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable! The quality and prices are far superior to some stores in this area. I highly recommend them!
We absolutely love prescision Diamonds, they are great for new purchases, repairs, and creation of our specialty pieces. Not only did they get our last ring done fast, but it was completed in record time just before a holiday so my beautiful wife could wear it out! The setting was built to be literally indestructible. They even offered a free appraisal for my insurance company & took care of all the photos & details on that as well. Best family owned jewelry store in Reno!!
