The villa was beautiful with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. The location was perfect for exploring the city . Highly recommend !!!
We had a fantastic stay at this location on vacation. House was spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet convenient location. Had everything we needed. Host was great. It was an ideal spot for exploring the city
It was a pleasant experience for the family. It was our first time visiting the area. Convenient location made it easy for us to get around. All in all good experience. We are planning to go back next year.
PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY IF YOU BELIEVE IN DISABLED PERSONS RIGHTS!! I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Major Depressive Disorder and I accidentally made a booking with Premier Villa via AirB&B while under the influence of prescribed medications for these conditions. These medications come with side effects of confusion and hallucination, which I unfortunately experienced when I accidentally made this booking. I immediately tried to cancel my booking when I realized my error, within 24 hours of making the booking, but they refused to refund my money, even though they provided no service or goods. They charged me over $5,000 and gave me nothing in exchange! When I described the medical nature of my error, they still refused to refund my money, despite the fact that it was within 24 hours of making the initial booking. The only thing I cost them was a few hours where they *may* have potentially made another booking, which surely is not worth over $5,000! Please, if you believe in extending gentle kindness and human understanding to disabled folks, please boycott Premier Villa Rentals. They are everything that is wrong with businesses today and do not deserve the patronage of good people. Thank you, and happy travels :)
Had a very unfortunate and unprofessional experience with Premier Villa Rentals in LA. If a con agency was fronting as a "luxury" rental company this is it. I had a good experience with them last year booking through Airbnb and they reached out to book directly with them for a better deal. This was probably my first mistake but I think even booking with them through a third party is a bad idea. I booked a villa back in Feb of this year and put down a large deposit. The week of the stay I was having a hard time getting in touch with my villa contact and multiple messages went unanswered. When he did respond he said everything was set with the house and the dates were confirmed. I had emails and texts confirming that. I had a bad feeling but I couldn't do much since I had already put the deposit and the contact reassured me everything was set. The morning of our stay I get a text (not even a call) from this guy half apologizing and saying "the owner" of the house had rented it to someone else that was already there. He had another house available nearby that he would give to us (which was apparently supposed to be rented to someone else but they canceled on them and gave to us) We were traveling from another location with our toddler with no alternate plan so we didn't have much of a choice. They sent a link to the "Elvis house" which looked amazing online but reality couldn't have been further from the truth. The house is old, dirty and decrepit. It had not been cleaned from the prior guests. There was old food left in the fridge and bottles of alcohol scattered. The carpets are filthy and the floors are horrible. There were multiple things that were broken, including the dishwasher and microwave. The outdoor pool area was so run down and dirty, you could not believe this was a mansion in the Hollywood Hills. I have stayed in numerous luxury places and it was an embarrassment to stay here. I will be filing a claim with the BBB. Please do yourself a favor and never rent with this company.
