Shinhee at Prima Med Spa was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, humble, and genuinely kind from the moment I met her. She really took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure to recommend treatments that actually fit my goals instead of just pushing services. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and treatments, and you can tell she truly cares about what she does. She also looks amazing herself, which honestly gave me so much confidence in her expertise. I never felt rushed, she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had a treatment done and felt very taken care of. The whole experience felt personal, honest, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Shinhee to anyone looking for someone who is skilled, patient, and truly has your best interest in mind.

This was my very first facial treatment. I was slightly nervous unsure what to expect but from start to finish Shinhee made me feel at ease. She’s super gentle and as an RN very skilled. I even got a thorough skin analysis which was pretty neat. It’s the next day and I can already tell a difference of complexion. Definitely recommend!
