I can’t thank Malcolm enough for all the help he’s given me and my 1-year-old English Mastiff, Mack. Over the 8-week program, I’ve seen such a huge change in him! Mack used to be hard to handle on walks, due to his size and excitement towards other dogs, but now he’s so much calmer, listens well, and is actually a pleasure to walk. Malcolm was super patient and really took the time to understand Mack’s personality (and mine!). He made the training easy to follow and always explained the “why” behind everything, which made such a difference. If you’re struggling with your dog or just want to build a better bond, I’d 100% recommend Malcolm. He genuinely cares and it really shows.
Malcolm is incredible with dogs. Honestly, he is a Godsend! I completed his 8 week training program with my 1yo amstaff, Zuri. He really took the time to understand the issues I was facing and provided guidance to help me address them, while still getting through his core training material. Zuri loved all her training sessions with him. She is still a handful as staffies are, but so much better than when we started. Plus, I no longer dread walking her
Can’t rate Malcolm and his 8-week program highly enough. We’ve just completed it with our 1 year old Groodle and the difference is incredible. Malcolm takes time to fully understand you and your dog and tailors his training to suit your needs. If you are prepared to listen and put the work in to apply his methods you will not be disappointed in the result.
I can’t recommend Malcolm at Prime Time Dog Training enough! He was instrumental in helping us train our Labrador, and the results have been incredible. What sets Malcolm apart is his wealth of knowledge and his personalized approach. Unlike many trainers who insist on one-size-fits-all methods, Malcolm takes the time to understand your goals and tailors the training to fit your preferences and your dog’s personality. He truly listens and respects how *you* want to train your dog rather than imposing his own methods. Thanks to his guidance, our Labrador is not only well-behaved but also happier and more confident. Malcolm’s expertise, patience, and dedication made the entire experience enjoyable and rewarding. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about you and your dog, Malcolm is the trainer you need. 10/10 – highly recommend!
Could not recommend Malcolm enough!!!!!! I reached out to Malcolm for my oldest Dachshund (now 1.5 years) who had no recall, was starting to become reactive on walks and reactive towards people coming into the house. He wasn’t food motivated and wouldn’t take food on walks which I found extremely difficult to try to train. I now have a dog that listens to commands, I can confidently let off leash, I’m not fearful of him interacting with other dogs or people that come to visit. We’re able to do a lot more things together and our bond has grown immensely. Malcolm also helped us with our youngest Dachshund puppy (now 6 months), he helped us to properly socialise him and has taught us about reading dogs body language and how to stop him barking at other dogs. Aside from the amazing skills we have learnt from Malcolm, I also want to mention what an exceptional level of service he provides. It is not just an hour of training per week, Malcolm reaches out to check up on the dogs throughout the week, encourages sending videos so he can check progress and give extra tips, puts on group sessions to further help develop their obedience around other dogs, he provided me with props and toys to help with the training, is super accomodating with locations and times, and really makes you feel how much he cares. Almost every week Malcolm would rewrite me extremely detailed notes of what we worked on and how to apply it during the week since we had more specific things we needed to work through we didn’t quite follow his usual 8 week program. He made it super personalised and made sure that we were able to address each dogs specific needs. It was also really nice to have a dog trainer that you could also get along with on a personable level and was just so kind! Thank you 🤩
