I had an excellent experience working with Priority One Property Management. From the very beginning, Marc was professional, responsive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, clearly explained all available options, and always made sure I felt informed and comfortable with each decision. During a challenging family situation that required a change in plans, Marc demonstrated an exceptional level of patience, understanding, and compassion. Everything was handled smoothly, respectfully, and with integrity. Communication was consistent and transparent throughout, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about both his clients and their properties. Priority One have some of the most responsive and thorough service I’ve experienced from a property management company. Whenever there’s a problem with our house they handle it quickly and effectively. They’ve been great at accommodating awkward move times and electronic payment issues which is rare for property management companies in San Diego. Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had as a tenant in 12 years of renting in San Diego.
There are many who manage properties, yet Marc and the team have consistently earned my trust and respect over the years. What you need to know is that Marc is experienced and has already set up layers of safeguards for you- as things do happen and he has your best interests in mind. We had a significant issue in our unit, and I am confident that without Marc’s support and facilitation, we would have been dealing with a rental crisis. You learn about businesses and people when things get hard, and Marc and the team will have your back.
I've been using Priority One as my property manager for over a decade now and they have been fantastic! They've taken good care of my property and always know the right people to call to fix any problems that come up. They only contact me when major issues come up and have always gotten my property filled quickly once the current tenant moves out.
I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt who engaged Priority One to serve as the construction manager for the renovation for one of her properties in Crown Point. The crew began updating the home and associated detached buildings in September, 2024. The work was completed in late November. She was very impressed with the speed of the project and was thankful for Marc’s guidance all the way to the rental of the property in February of this year. Now that the home is in the rental stage, my aunt says that she is very pleased with the service provided by Marc and Priority One. They’ve been consistently responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They’ve made the experience of managing my aunt’s property smooth and worry-free.
