Even after interviewing five different contractors, I found Priority’s costs to be highly competitive. The customer service was exceptional. Adrien (Sales) was incredibly patient over the few months it took me to decide, never pressuring me for an answer. Once the project began, Eddie (Project Manager) was proactive, walking me through the timeline and ensuring the site was cleaned daily. During the final walkthrough, Eddie addressed my single minor request immediately. Priority Roofing didn't just complete the job; they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
Adrien provided good service and delivered on his promises. The roofing crew arrived on site at 7:30 am and worked until 4 pm. Job was done in 2 days with minimal inconvenience. Clean up was done daily. I am not qualified to inspect the work but I am relying on Priority's reputation and workmanship warranty.

Priority Roofing Company did an excellent job. Their crew was remarkably professional and efficient, completing the new roof in just a day and a half. I was especially impressed with their daily cleanup—they meticulously picked up all nails and debris. The new roof looks great and came at a reasonable price.
The level of customer service received by Richard & Paige is of great benefit for the customer, I did experience it! The behind the scenes work done by them, office staff, inspectors, and appraisers was seamless. Lupe and the crew worked diligently and efficiently to accomplish our roof replacement in one day, in 100+ degree temperatures! There were no major unexpected issues. We are grateful for all of this!
