My technician, Nichole with Pro Active Pest Control, always goes above and beyond. She consistently provides exceptional service and is incredibly professional. I really appreciate how communicative she is, as she’s quick to respond to messages, explains what she’s doing, and follows up when needed. Nichole is also always friendly, approachable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. As always, Just Willis of ProActive Pest Control let me know when he'd be arriving to complete my quarterly service, arrived with a smile and warm greeting, asked if I was experiencing any pest issues in particular, and explained what he'd be doing during this service. Over the last several services, Just has proved to be knowledgeable and offered tips on what I can do to follow up on the servicing of specific issues I was having -- mostly with ants -- and his tips worked quickly and completely. Issues resolved. I recommend Just's service and ProActive Pest Control without reservation.

I had a great experience with my pest control technician, Jyron. He texted ahead of time and arrived right on schedule. Jyron took the time to go over my initial service treatment and explain my contract clearly, making sure I understood everything. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly and addressed my concern about earwigs in the laundry room. He was easy-going, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service!
