Like others can't say enough great things about Don and the guys at pro built. Hands down the best transmission shop. There's a reason they are busy when everyone is slow. Don stands behind his work and is constantly improving by eliminating any parts suppliers that don't meet his needs.
Great experience!! I couldn’t say enough good things about this business and Don. The Ford dealership was going to screw us on our 2021 Ford Expedition which was having some transmission concerns. Although we had an aftermarket warranty, Ford wanted to charge us $4500 on top of what the warranty company was going to charge. I decided to shop around and see if I could get my transmission fixed for less out of pocket. Immediately Don said he’ll work with the warranty company to get the entire transmission hauled and fixed, and he was confident the warranty company will cover more. He did exactly that. Hopefully going forward I won’t have any transmission issues on any future cars, but I know that if I do Don and Pro Built will be my first call.
Don is a Badass with Transmissions. He rebuilt the Transmission in my 2009 Ford Mustang in a few days. Im back on the road again. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this business.
Don and the guys are amazing. They rebuilt my trans on my dodge when it finally started to give up at 100k. Thought I was having some issues again and they got me in extremely reasonably. Took care of the issue in no time at all. They let me know I was having a cooling issue they couldn’t repair and recommended me to another shop they know and trust. Topped off my coolant to get to the next repair shop too. Don is extremely personable and responsive. Working in the automotive industry myself, you forget what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter and Don makes it easy to trust them no matter who you are. I can’t recommend them more! Thank you Don and the team!
Totally positive experience. If I could give Don and his team more than five stars I would. I had a shifting problem with the 4R70W AODE transmission that I put in my 56 Ford F100 Hot Rod pickup. I pulled the transmission out and brought it to Pro-Built. It didn’t take long for Don to put it on the bench and figure out what was wrong. A day later I was picking it up. I reinstalled it and it’s working perfect. I’m 100 percent confident in the work that was done. It’s easy to tell when you’re working with experts. I really appreciate the way this job was handled.
