From the very start of my training here, I was met with a genuine sense of welcome and support from the entire team. The trainers are not only professional but also make an effort to get to know each client personally, respecting individual boundaries while gently encouraging progress each session. Their commitment to my success is evident—whether it’s through words of encouragement or simply checking in to see how I’m feeling. I appreciate that my personal training sessions and group classes are just 25 minutes long, fitting seamlessly into my busy schedule without sacrificing intensity or results. The one-on-one attention during sessions makes each workout feel as productive and rewarding as a full hour at a traditional gym, leaving me accomplished and energized every time. I also love the diverse class offerings, with boxing and cycling being personal favorites, and enjoy the flexibility to attend three times a week. There’s never any pressure to perform; I’m able to set my own pace, and when I’m ready to push harder, the trainers are right there to guide and motivate me. The low staff turnover means I’ve built meaningful relationships with my trainers, who understand my journey, remember my goals, and celebrate my achievements with genuine enthusiasm. This consistent, dedicated, and caring team has made a significant impact on my wellness journey, and I’m truly grateful to have found a place where I feel both understood and supported.
Our go to place for everything fitness! Really love the instructors here, and their group classes are a lot of fun too. Special shout out to Dakota with whom we've taken personal training as well and he's amazing!
I've been a member of this gym since 2017 and consider it one of the best in Seattle, especially for the variety of fitness offered: - HIIT 25 minute fitness routines focused on your fitness or weight loss goals (upper, lower, and/or total body) with personal trainers 1:1 - Great personal trainers who know your goals and push you to do more when needed; very low turnover in staff so trainers know their clients well and are well informed in fitness and nutrition - Group classes which are great in complementing personal training, e.g. Box Fit, Cycling, Mobility, etc. Offered in early morning or evenings - 24 hour gym fits all schedules - InBody Analysis available to help measure body weight to help you achieve your goals you've discussed with your personal trainers - Newly added Cryo Therapy and Recovery which includes cupping that helps muscle and tissue recovery - Stretching and Mobility sessions for help increase mobility (individual or group) Summary: a very well managed, clean gym with parking available. Several options for memberships and you don't feel "locked" into a contract. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been getting personal training from Pro Fit for about three months now, and the experience has been nothing short of eye-opening and motivating. Every trainer here genuinely pushes you past your limits while ensuring you train safely and effectively. They’re extremely knowledgeable and tailor each workout to your individual goals and current fitness level. My wife and I came here to get personal training sessions before our wedding over six years ago and just kept on coming. I can promise you that you can't get a better workout in just 30 minutes anywhere else.
