Required very short notice repair to an evaporative air conditioner ahead of a coming heatwave. Proactive was able to offer next dat visit. Their serviceman Campbell quickly fixed the problem, explaing the issue (and more). He was a terrific advertisement for the company - quick, efficient, and communicative.
Contacted the company today for a/c service and came the same day. Wonderful customer service and reasonable price. Adam was absolutely lovely and so helpful, would recommend 👌
They have completed several jobs for me in the past. But on the last job they refused to own a mistake the electrician made on the roof penetrations. In the end I was forced to replace 10 x colourbond roof sheets at my own cost.
We can't recommend Proactive highly enough. We were referred to them through the company that installed our split system who were equally amazing which is why we were pretty confident that they would do a great job. And they certainly did. Their service technician was informative, helpful, friendly, polite and professional. He also took the time to explain the correct settings for the units which was very helpful. We were extremely satisfied with the maintenance and the overall customer service, including the following up of an issue where we were charged the wrong rate but only because of a slight miscommunication. It was a minor error but in any case, Cheree was onto it straight away, and rectified it immediately. It's the first time we've used Proactive and certainly won't be the last.
Great service and advices. The tech identified and sorted the issue straight away, where the fan shaft only need adjustment which was slightly out of balance causing the fan blades to hit the outer case. Not only saved me $2k to replace the whole fan motor and assembly (recommended and quoted by another company on a $500 part), or open the roof sheet to drop in a brand new heating system. Highly recommended.
