When my new car got involved in a hit and run accident while I was on vacation I was devastated. My insurance company recommended ProColor Collision and I am happy that I went with them. They made the process as painless as it could be and fixed my car quickly, despite it being a busy holiday season. They went above and beyond, providing me a ride to the subway station when I dropped my car off, fixing additional scratches on my car, and detailing the inside. My car was restored to the same condition as the day I bought it! I will definitely come back to them for any autobody work. I highly recommend their services and I cannot thank Paul, Iria, and the team at ProColor Collision enough for saving my holiday!
I recently had my car repaired here and I can’t recommend this place enough. Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They patiently explained every step of the process, kept everything transparent, and made sure I understood what work was being done. What really stood out was the service beyond just the repair - They even dropped me to the rental car company so I could pick up a temporary car while mine was being fixed. When I came back and saw my vehicle, it honestly looked like new again. The quality of work is excellent - it’s like the car just rolled out of the showroom. Procolor Auto Collision did an outstanding job repairing my 2023 Tesla Model Y. They were one of the body shops recommended by my insurance company, and after visiting all three options, I felt the most confident choosing them and I’m glad I did. I would highly recommend the folks at Pro Colour! I have an older model Jeep Patriot that I use for working as a dog walker. My driver side front door popped a spring yesterday and I couldn’t get the door to shut at all. I took it in to Pro Colour this morning and they were able to fix it quick in like 10mins in the parking lot. I’m so grateful for their quick service, as everyday I’m off work I don’t make any money. They were friendly and kick with the fix. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service. Thanks again!
I just wanted to thank everyone at ProColor collision for doing an amazing job. Customer service was amazing. They finished the job in 2 days. They went and beyond and patched up a door ding, filled in some scratches on the bumper. I would 100 percent recommend.
