Professional Dog Trainer… two dogs, two people, the occasional client dog, in the car eight plus hours a day makes for a pretty dirty and sometimes smelly car most of the time. Until I take it to John. I get it back looking brand new every time, until I reluctantly let my dogs get back in it. And let’s talk window tint… My dogs are so grateful that the sun no longer beats in the back windows and they stay much cooler when they go to work with mom. If you need your car washed, cleaned, detailed, paint repaired, or if you’re considering window tint you won’t go wrong taking it to John at Professional Automotive Detailing. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I had to deal with a relative's car that had an embarrassingly filthy interior and needed it cleaned fast. John got me in on short notice and did an amazing job! I just wanted it to be presentable, but they made it look and smell like new. Stains I thought were permanent were completely gone. The price was more than fair. I will definitely be returning with my own vehicles for cleaning.

I was recommended to Professional Automotive Details (John) by Xpel of Triad for Ceramic Coating. I travel a lot, plus I enjoy cleaning my vehicle myself so I wanted a product that would make cleaning it much easier. Back in May 2025, John detailed my vehicle prior to performing an exterior and interior GTechnique ceramic coating. Not sure how beneficial the interior ceramic coating is because it was already pretty easy for me to clean the inside of my vehicle with a damp and dry microfiber towel. However, I’ve noticed such a difference in cleaning the exterior. I’m not scrubbing forever to get the bugs and dirt off anymore. I mostly use the GTechnique Bug Remover, Gwash, Tyre Dressing, and hand mitten provided by John as a part of the ceramic coating package. I occasionally use the Quick Detailing product if I need to spot clean but do not necessarily want to wash my entire car. I’m unsure when to use the Iron and Fallout Remover (will need to look it up). Overall, I’m very satisfied with my service and will definitely use John for an occasional deep, professional cleaning. Never have I experienced a group of harder working, more dedicated professionals that pamper and care for your vehicle as if it was there own!!! I’ve been doing business with John for a few years now and I’ve always been impressed, never let down. I recently took the plunge and had my 2 vehicles “ceramiced” and continue to be astonished at the luster and sheen!!! Best to take a ride from someone and leave vehicle as the level of care here takes time. You get what u pay for and the services are not cheap, but when u experience the results, u won’t b disappointed. John has many talents so just ask if u need something. If he can’t accommodate, he’ll know where to send u. This man and his business are truly gifted and honesty, he’s a little fanatic about his work. I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank u guys to caring for my stuff far better than I ever could! Update: It’s 2/24 just did another full detail and my car looks fabulous! Makes me smile when I park or pull to gas station and see someone checking out my ride. They always leave nodding their head in approval. I get questions all the time on what year model it is. When I say 2018, people don’t believe me. John and his crew did me very proud again. Car looks like it came off showroom floor. Very pleased!! Highly recommended!
