I had a great experience with this company from the very beginning! The lady I spoke on the phone with was so helpful and kind. I told her I would be getting the necessary parts and needed someone to install them. She graciously advised me on what to get!! She was very helpful!! Oliver was the technician who installed my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very professional and helpful! I would consider him an asset to the company. I would definitely use PROfetic plumbing again and will recommend them!
Buzz earns an easy 5 stars from us. He’s the rare combination of expert skill and a great attitude. He handled our large plumbing project with ease—always arriving on time and working diligently until the job was done right. He is calm, friendly, and clearly knows his craft. Tim came out on time and was polite and knowledgeable. I also appreciated him explaining things that was helpful. His work was amazing and the price was very fair. I am definitely going to use PROfetick plumbing for any other jobs I have in the future!
I can’t say enough 😄good things about my recent experience with Pro-Fetick Plumbing when they did work at my house a little over a week ago. Their employee was Very knowledgeable and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I had, for some time, had a very troublesome and noisy leaking toilet and it was repaired immediately. For the price I paid $181, complete new Mansfield flush valve seals were installed in all three of my toilets and tested extensively by Pro_Fetick’s repair professional to make sure that all three were working properly. I will call them again for any plumbing problem I may have.
