It’s clear that she takes her job at Proformance Health and Wellbeing super seriously as she never fails to put her clients through challenging but also result-driven workouts. She pushes me to my max no matter how long or short our sessions may be, and I’ve never seen more results in my physique because of it. Ava is everything I’m looking for in a trainer; I love my sessions with her and they are worth every penny.

I started with ProFormance to get in better shape and build a gym routine. My trainer Alfonso has built an excellent training program for me, and he provides various workouts each time to provide new routines while also ensuring a whole body fitness approach with our sessions. I would highly recommend ProFormance to anyone wanting to get in better shape or those who may be new to the gym and unsure where to start. I have noticed positive change in my overall health and am even more motivated to continue going to the gym with my ProFormance team.
I can’t say enough great things about ProFormance! Jaaron is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and really tailors each workout to help me reach my goals. The entire staff is so friendly and supportive which makes coming in something I actually look forward to! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout environment and awesome trainers!!
I started with Andrew at ProFormance in February, 2025. I chose ProFormance because of their golf fitness program and went with Andrew as my trainer because his profile on their website really stood out to me as a trainer who cared, listened, and worked with his clients to achieve their goals. I can 100% say he was the right choice for me! Andrew is amazing at what he does. He motivates me during our sessions, and provides me with great insights into which muscles are being targeted. My goal with ProFormance was to learn a wider range of exercises that I could do on my own and improve my golf fitness. Since starting with Andrew I have lost 10 lbs, I eat healthier and track my calories better, and I have gained 10+ yards in my golf game. Andrew and all the trainers at ProFormance are very friendly and in my opinion the best option for personal fitness. I will be with them for the foreseeable future!
