Always very helpful. Tiffany the owner is very helpful when it comes to things about insurances. The ladies there are very knowledgeable about insurances and prices for parts for a repair. They always are willing to help at the end of the day
Took my car in for repairs of multiple areas. The service took weeks to complete which is understandable, but the outcome didn't justify the time it took. The driver's side window was replaced and now there's a gap between the window and the seal which added road noise to my drive. I had to have them repaint my driver door due to paint chipping already on the second day. A few months later the front bumper started chipping all over, and they refused to repaint it claiming it was collision damage with no damage on the bumper whatsoever. Extremely rude management, and very terrible paint job. Please stay away from them!!
Great Service took my truck for Headlight work and they look Brand New I was about to buy new ones and I decided to give this place a Shot since it says online they are #1 in El Paso and I’m glad I did. I think the guys name that did the work is Gabriel and the girl in the front desk that helped me is Christina… communication great and very Friendly! Definitely Recommend 💯 -Jennifer Reyes-
This is not my first time using Pronto Body shop. I was a victim of a hit and run and there was damage to my truck. I already knew who to call. Tiffany and her crew are experienced, and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and dealt with the insurance company to get the work done in a timely manner. Ladies if you're worried about how men take advantage of women when it comes to car stuff, that won't happen here. Woman owned and Tiffany takes care of everyone. My truck came back looking as if nothing happened.
