Great communication. Our tv is 2 years out of warranty but was top of the range at the time. Proside sent our receipt and serial number to Sony and all was done free of charge. Thanks to Proside! We had been prepared for a hefty repair bill but free is more than great thanks again. Every step of the way from reception to repair our problem was handled with courtesy and professionalism and great communication.

Sony Australia organized a repair job on my TV through Proside Solutions. Contact was quick, with the parts being sourced in a timely manner and the repair carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. Proside also gave a followup call to ensure everything was working still and if any other issues. Great service.

I would like to thank you all for doing your best to resolve the ongoing issue I have had with my TV. Luke, Tony and Tom were a pleasure to deal with, particularly at a time whereby we were going through a frustrating time trying to use an expensive TV, that was not performing as it should. I have had a good outcome, in that the Product Care Team that engaged Proside will be providing us with a store credit with where we purchased it from. Communication was second to none, reliable and professional. I would have no problem recommending your business for any electronic services /

Proside are a company that practice great "Customer Service & Satisfaction". We cannot recommend them more highly regarding the recent repair to our Sony TV set. At all times, they kept us up to date how the repair was progressing, and it is wonderful to receive the set back so promptly.

Très heureux ! Quelques amis et des membres de la famille m'ont recommandé d'aller chez Proside pour faire examiner ma télévision car l'écran clignotait. Dès le départ, la communication était excellente, le service client au comptoir était remarquable, j'ai reçu un appel bien plus rapide que prévu pour m'informer de ce qui n'allait pas avec le téléviseur. Ils m'ont proposé plusieurs options pour la suite et je ne me suis pas senti pressé d'opter pour l'option de réparation la plus coûteuse. Le travail a été effectué rapidement, le prix était équitable et le téléviseur fonctionne parfaitement depuis lors. Je recommande vivement.
