ProTailored has several locations around Fort Wayne. I have been very impressed with their service, and have recommended them to family and friends. They only work with one patient at a time, they are doctors who are capable of using multiple modalities when something different is needed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had terrible pains in my left knee and thought I would have to find a wheelchair to use as I could hardly walk. My Primary Care Physician was sure the pain was coming from my back and said I should go to ProTailored so that Dr. Gracie could help me. Dr. Gracie knew what to do as soon as I described my symptoms. She checked the script my doctor sent her and followed that as well as coming up with her own treatments. Before my 10 appointments were up, I was feeling much better and told Dr. Gracie she had made a new woman out of me. 10/10 recommend! The office is great (I had a private room instead of a large open area). The digital check-in is seamless and everyone is super friendly. But MOST importantly of course, is that my back feels better! Dr. Sam is awesome. He is super helpful, taking time to explain things in ways that make sense. His program worked for me, plus he made adjustments along the way to capitalize on what was working. He did a combination of stretching, strength building, dry needling, and scraping. One week in particular I came in with a bunch of pain, and by the end it had totally gone away! Plus he’s a great guy. My 4 year old twins also joined me a few times, and he was so cool with them that they ask about him now. If you need physical therapy, check out ProTailored!

Our family has been coming to Pro Tailored for many years any time we need Physical Therapy. Recently, our oldest son was prescribed PT and his therapist was Gracie. It has been awhile since we had been there and I was surprised to see the changes they made. They’ve stepped up their processes when it comes to checking-in for appointments, scheduling, and simply serving all the clients needs. I was, once again, very satisfied with everything ProTailored. And a special shout out to Gracie who did a great job connecting with my son who is a tad bit ‘unique’ due to his autism. 😊
