The BEST office I’ve ever been to! I have a real fear of dentist and I’m always at ease coming here. Dr N is the BEST!!! I will only see her!! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Providence Dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They take their time with patients and explain everything clearly. The doctors are very experienced and walk you through every step of the process. Laurie at the front desk was amazing—she helped me so much and answered every question I had. Highly recommend
After going to the same dentist for over 20 years, since elementary school, I unexpectedly found myself searching for a new provider after learning my dentist had retired. Not long after, what I thought was a minor toothache quickly escalated into severe, overwhelming pain. My mouth became inflamed and swollen, pressure spread through my face and temples, and I was miserable. The pain grew so intense that I ended up in the ER just to get through the wait for a dental appointment. At my wife’s urging, I contacted Cadence Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and reassurance. Although this was an initial evaluation as a new patient, it quickly became clear my pain could not wait. Without hesitation, the team adjusted their approach and focused entirely on identifying and addressing the problem. Every step was explained clearly, including treatment options and financial considerations, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. When Dr. Lepure entered the room, his calm and confidence immediately put me at ease. He reviewed my scans, examined my situation himself, and took the time to truly listen. When we realized the schedule was fully booked, I was terrified I would be sent home to endure the pain even longer. Dr. Lepure acknowledged that fear and told me he would make sure I was treated that same day, even if it meant staying late. In that moment, it was clear he was putting me first, and I broke down from relief and gratitude. That evening, I returned and was treated with the same warmth and care. Dr. Lepure explained everything thoroughly and performed the root canal using state-of-the-art technology. What is typically a frightening procedure was done efficiently and far more quickly than I expected, using what appeared to be a microscope, which gave me tremendous confidence in the precision and care being taken. What makes this experience unforgettable is not just the relief from pain, but the humanity behind the care. My wife and I were expecting our baby at any moment, and I was deeply afraid I would not be physically or mentally able to support her. Because Dr. Lepure chose to treat me immediately, and because of the teamwork and compassion of Cadence Family Dental, I was able to recover. Within 72 hours, my wife went into labor, and I was fully present for one of the most important moments of our lives. I am deeply grateful to Cadence Family Dental for creating an environment where compassion and patient-first care are clearly the standard. Special thanks to Dr. Lepure for his selflessness and skill, to Dr. Martinez for her kindness and dedication, and to Liliana, Monica, and Jennifer for their warmth and support. This team did not just relieve my pain. They gave me the ability to be there for my family when it mattered most. Thank you, Cadence Family Dental.
From the moment I walked in, the office felt clean, welcoming, and well organized. The front office staff were busy, which is understandable, yet they remained friendly and professional throughout my visit. Laurie was the final person I worked with when it came to setting up my appointments and handling payment, and she truly left a lasting impression. She is genuinely kind, warm, and incredibly informative. She made me feel confident and comfortable about my treatment plan and the investment I was making in my care. Her positive energy and attentiveness stood out. Overall, I felt well taken care of, and the experience definitely makes me want to continue coming back.
Last night I actually noticed and looked at my son's smile and seen that the braces he got from Providence Dental have done amazing work! He's had them almost one full year, great price/monthly payments, and such a wonderful staff. Everyone there has been great. My son was always cute --- but omg hes so cute-errr!
